Gogol
Gogol Residence is a novel construction that redefines the way you live. The building emphasizes design, efficiency and meets the most demanding needs of urban living. When you become a part of Gogol you become a part of a community with a certain ethos and values that prioritizes efficiency, sustainability and functionality.
THE DESIGN
The design adheres to the concept of functionality that shapes aesthetics. This design language is created by Storaket and brings a new perspective to residential buildings. The flow of the apartments creates thoughtful living spaces that are not a mere square footage, but an actual extension of an earthy and relaxing lifestyle. A minor detail that has a large impact is that the windows are immense, giving the spaces lots of natural light.
The Architect's statement
Another machine for the living. With its movable solar panels on the southern façade, vertical gardens on both sides of the building and waste water irrigation system, Gogol was designed in response to a changing climate and acts as a model for sustainable urban living. Gogol's ideology protests against the status-quo of what residential buildings should be like.
The Vision
The vision for this building is to value the owner of the space and the time spent in the space, rather than the number of apartments, number of floors, and total square footage. The concept of the building itself already fosters a community of forward-looking individuals who value aesthetics, functionality and efficiency.
The Features
The building is a pure model of how new constructions can be sophisticated yet functional and minimal. Gogol is an energy efficiency certified residential building with an A++ rating. The design utilizes greenery and facade plants to bridge the gap between urban living and nature. Most importantly Gogol is a philosophy that is shared by all the residents of the building.
